''Thliptoceras lacriphagum'' is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Bänziger in 1987. It is found in Thailand. The wingspan is 20–21 mm. Adult males are zoophilous and have been observed sucking lachrymation from the eye of a zebu and imbiding elephant skin secretions smeared onto vegetation. ==Etymology== The species name refers to one of its feeding habits, i.e. the feeding upon lachrymal secretion.〔(Description of new moths which settle on man and animals in S.
